We provide Embroidery, Transfers, Sublimation, and more.
Embroidery provides a long lasting, high quality, and elevated look for any garment. Be it a shirt, hat, sweatshirt, jacket, apron, or anything. This is the most sought after and quality look achievable.
Transfers are less durable, though lighter and less rigid. They tend to move with the garment. In some cases transfers can be cheaper where cost is a concern and durability is not. Think promotional materials.
Sublimation is versatile. Photo quality designs on almost anything. Tumblers, lanyards, really just a massive variety of products. The real advantage to sublimation is that the ink is chemically bonded to the material. Sublimated images will never peel or fade. Great for promotional products or anything where you need photo quality

The answer is “it depends”.
All we usually ask for is two extra garments to use for machine set up and dialing in our settings. If everything goes well, we can embroider those two garments and add them to the order at whatever the cost per garment price is.
For example. If you need 10 shirts embroidered, we would ask for 12 shirts and we would provide you with between 10-12 finished shirts.
If extra garments cannot be provided, then our setup fee will be 2x the value of the garment. We are happy to refund this if setup goes well and all garments are in finished condition. (Sometimes we need to sew out the design on a garment several times in different areas to fine tune the settings and design)

We try not to charge digitizing fees, provided the logo is simple. For more complex designs where the digitizing could take anywhere from 30 to 60+ minutes, we will charge for our design time at a rate of $65/hour.

The process goes more or less like this.
-If we are providing the garments to be decorated we will discuss the particular types of garments that you would like as well as discuss the method of decoration (embroidery, transfer, sublimation, etc). After taking a look at the design we will provide you a rough estimate on a per garment basis.
-We will send you a mock up image of the design for your approval. Take the time here to double check for spelling errors or any omissions. Once the design is approved, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in the design.
-At this point if we are to move forward with the project, we will take a full list of how many garments of each type and size that you would like and provide you with a final quote. (Some sizes have different prices for the same garment, so this can account for the slight difference between estimate and quote)
-This is where we will collect a 2/3 deposit before ordering the garments and starting the project.
-Once the project is complete, the remaining 1/3 payment is due upon receipt of the finished garments.
-
- If you provide the garments the process is nearly identical however we tend not to collect deposits when you provide the garments. If you will or will not provide the garments must be discussed before the estimate.
That is not to say that we will not ask for a deposit, however we tend not to in this case.
